Terms & Conditions
By purchasing services from ARCHĒA Therapy (“we”, “us”, “our”), you confirm that you understand and agree to the following:

  1. Services and delivery

  • Services are delivered online via Zoom unless otherwise stated.

  • You are responsible for providing a quiet, private space and stable internet connection for your appointment.

  1. Not a crisis service
    ARCHĒA Therapy is not a crisis or emergency service. If you need urgent support, contact emergency services or a crisis line in your area.

  2. Scope of service

  • Outcomes vary from person to person. While this work is designed to support deep change, results cannot be guaranteed.

  • ARCHĒA Therapy does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or replace care from a registered medical professional or psychologist.

  1. Communication
    We communicate primarily via email. By purchasing, you consent to receive service-related emails including booking links, confirmations, reminders, prep information, and session details.

  2. Records
    We retain booking and service-related communications for legitimate business purposes and legal/tax requirements.

If you have questions about suitability, please book a Discovery Call before purchasing.

You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice using the reschedule link in your confirmation email.

If you cancel, all purchases remain non-refundable. If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, you are welcome to reschedule to a new time.

Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours, or failure to attend, may incur a rescheduling fee as your appointment time has been reserved for you.

If unexpected circumstances arise, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to support you.

Due to the nature of time-based services, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including cancellations.

Where possible, appointments may be rescheduled in line with our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
