ARCHĒA (ar-KAY-uh)
Derived from the Ancient Greek archē: origin, beginning, first principle.
At ARCHĒA, we return to the origin of a pattern, not to relive the past, but to update what your mind and body learned there. Because so many adult behaviours aren’t random. They’re protective. They’re patterned. They were formed early, reinforced over time, and often stored deeper than conscious thought.
You’re not broken. You’re patterned. And patterns can change.
Why “understanding it” doesn’t always change it
Traditional therapy can be incredibly valuable. It can help you make sense of your history, develop awareness, and build conscious tools. There is absolutely a place for that.
But many people come to ARCHĒA with a familiar frustration:

The modality underneath the method
ARCHĒA uses a world-renowned therapeutic modality: Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), a hypnosis-based method designed to access subconscious beliefs and shift them at the origin.
Hypnosis is simply a focused, deeply relaxed state, similar to meditation. It allows us to quiet the analytical, conscious mind and work with the subconscious mind, where many of our core beliefs, emotional imprints, and automatic patterns are stored.
